 The first step is determining whom you need to contact.

  • Problems installing or configuring the supported network software
  • Problems connecting to DCANet's modem or ISDN pools
  • Problems with your DCANet-hosted mailbox, DCANet dialup account, or DCANet modem/ISDN authentication password
  • Connectivity problems (i.e. you are unable to access any sites at all on the Web when connected to a DCANet modem or ISDN pool)

  • Questions or problems having to do with your Penn e-mail or Unix accounts
  • Questions or problems having to do with PennNet services (i.e. connecting to the library or changing your PennNet Network password)
