| Software support is provided to customers using Windows
95, Windows 98, Windows 2000, Windows NT 4.0, and Macintosh. See the tables
below for the list of supported packages for each type of operating system.
Please note that while the service under the program is compatible with
other operating systems (such as OS/2 and Linux), these operating systems do
not receive official suppport.

For information on configuring your DCANet dialup account, see
DCANet's dialup
instructions. Customers with Windows 95/98/NT/2000 and
generally have all necessary software already installed.
Customers with Macintosh computers may need additional
software; please contact the
DCANet help desk or visit the University's Computing
Resource Center (CRC) at 202 Sansom Place West, 3650 Chestnut St. The phone
number at the CRC is 215-573-4778.
Note that DCANet supports additional software packages beyond what is officially supported by the University. The following tables list both the software distributed under the program as well as additional packages that are supported by DCANet.
